Washington D.C. will always be Washington D.C. I learned 27 years ago, while doing business in our Nations Capitol on a regular basis, that a hand shake with anyone within the Beltway is a signal to the person whose hand you are shaking that they have you when every they want to. Where I come from a hand shake means something. The only way to do business with anyone within the Beltway is in writing.
With the political termoil as it is now in Washington D.C. there is going to be many high profile individuals scattering to save their butts.
In the long run I firmly believe that George Bush, Our President, is going to be CORRECT. It is all a matter of global politics.
